Prices at the Redcliffe Motor Inn
Redcliffe is beautiful all year round, so it just makes sense that Redcliffe Motor Inn accommodation costs the same all year round. That said; it is a good idea to book ahead, especially during weekends and peak holiday periods, to avoid disappointment and secure our great rates!
The following prices are per room per night for the number of persons indicated:

Note: Motel tariffs quoted above are valid until 31 Dec 2024 and are subject to change.
PREPAYMENTS
Valid Credit Card with available funds is required at the time of booking.
Payment may be taken any time after booking.
If you do not have a credit card, a $100 deposit must be received before booking can be secured and a $300 cash bond will be required at check-in. This is returned after check out with satisfaction that room is left undamaged etc.
Without the $100 deposit a room cannot be guaranteed.
Keys: Please look after your keys and the tag as a loss will incur an additional charge of $70.00. The Keys are special security keys and the tags have to be especially ordered.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
STANDARD BOOKINGS (1-2 DAYS)
- Any cancellation or changes will require a minimum of 48hours notice prior to arrival.
- Any cancellation within 48hours of scheduled arrival date will incur full charges.
LONG STAYS (7+ DAYS)
- Any cancellation or changes will require a minimum of 14days notice prior to arrival.
- Any cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival date will forfeit the total cost of accommodation.
GROUP BOOKINGS (3+ ROOMS)
- Any cancellation or changes will require a minimum of 14days notice prior to arrival.
- Any cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival date will forfeit the total cost of accommodation.
- 50% payment required upon booking or 30 days prior to arrival.
NO SHOW POLICY
If guests do not show up on arrival night or leaves early after check in will incur full bookings charges.
Check In – 13:00 pm
- No earlier than 13:00 noon unless otherwise arranged
- Provide photo ID that matches name on the booking
Check Out – 10:00 am
- Late check-out fees apply from 10am – 12 midday $50 fee – after midday full room rate applicable.
- Late check-out is only available at the managers discretion and if we can accommodate.

EXTRA PERSON POLICY
Rooms are sold on a twin share basis, charges are applicable for additional guests. Extra person room rates will be charged daily on a room only basis unless otherwise arranged. Guests will automatically be charged a fee of $38/Person/night if extra people are deemed to be staying without prior consent. The venue has strict maximum occupancy limits on each room.
VISITORS
- No overnights visitors are permitted due to fire ,health and safety regulations
- Management reserves the right to remove any visitors that are in breach of house rules and regulations
HOUSE RULES
- A breach of any House Rule may result in the summary eviction of the offender and or/group booking at the discretion of management.
- No refunds on accommodation will be offered under these circumstances.
A breach of House Rules include:
Noisy, offensive or unruly behaviour
Damage to or destruction of property
Improper or unseemly conduct
In the event of an eviction, all monies owing or held will be forfeited.
